When you practice online, you accept full responsibility for that space and safety precautions within the space. You must have a suitable space large enough, well-lit, still, and clean to practice yoga asana class.

You must have 3 yoga blocks and a yoga mat that is not slippery and thick enough for online practice. For practice at the yoga hall (offline) the yoga equipment is not needed. We provide it.

Wear suitable and comfortable clothing. Practice yoga barefoot

Follow all safety instructions and guidelines given by the yoga teacher and select the practice levels and posture variations suitable for your current physical and mental condition.

Before you start yoga asana class you MUST inform your teacher if your health circumstances change, any new health issues appear such as local pain in any part of the body, injuries, high level of stress and/or fatigue, menstruation, temperature, or severe headache.

Don't perform yoga immediately after a meal. Allow 3 – 4 hours break after a heavy meal; 1 to 2 hours after a light meal; 45 minutes after having juice, fresh fruits, nuts, etc., and 15 minutes after drinking water.
